Aam Aadmi Party has started 240 oxygen Checking centers all across Goa

Aam Aadmi Party has started oxygen Checking centers all across Goa where people can just walk in and check their oxygen saturation level and accordingly take necessary action to combat the coronavirus which is spreading like wildfire. At present we have started 240 Oxygen Checking centers which will soon be extended to 300 centers.
The centers have been set up at places of AAP volunteers’ and banners are erected to help identify the center. If the oxygen saturation level is below 95 then the concerned person will have to contact a medical practitioner for advice.
It may be recalled that when these centers were first started at Cuncolim and Fatorda the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party members disrupted them and stopped the service that was provided free of cost to the people.
“The service now also is free and anybody who is feeling a little uncomfortable or uneasy can come and test the oxygen level,” said AAP Goa Convener Rahul Mhambre who urged people to make use of these centers.
After distribution of oximeters to home isolated patients, meals to family members at district hospitals since day one of the curfew, this is yet another initiative of the AAP to fight corona along with the people of Goa.
