

The Aam Aadmi Party unveiled a new office in Porvorim consituency on Sunday. The new office was inaugurated by AAP senior vice president Mahadev Naik in the presence of AAP campaign committee member Ritesh Chodankar and AAP Goa convenor Rahul Mhambre.
AAP campaign committee member Ritesh Chodankar said, “we have been receiving overwhelming response for our door-to-door campaign, and on Porvorim people’s demand we have opened second office in Socorro area”.
He said, “the people from Porvorim constituency is approaching us with various issues. People are finding difficulty to obtain certain medical services. People who are residing here for more than 10-12 years haven’t received house number yet. This is the major issue in the constituency”.
AAP senior vice president Mahadev Naik said, “fed up with the both parties; Congress and BJP, people have been considering AAP as the third option. People started believing that AAP is the only party which will transform Goa. As of now, AAP national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has announced five guarantees for the Goans. Kejriwal is man of the words. If AAP forms the next government in the state, AAP will fulfill all the promises”.
Rahul Mhambre, AAP Goa Convenor said, “The new office will be open from morning to evening. Residents will now easily be able to reach out to the party leadership via this office. People can come to the office anytime if they need help for official work to avail government schemes. Even panch members can seek assistance from AAP”.
He further said, “People from Porvorim constituency can approach the office and do their registration for job guarantee programme, electricity guarantee programme, free pilgrimage programme and other guarantee programmes of AAP”.
