A warm and affectionate farewell was accorded to  Smt. Lalita D. Shirodkar Head Clerk of the Department of Information and Publicity on her superannuation of  service at a function held  in the office premises today.

Smt. Lalita had joined in the Department in the year 1990. During her 31 years and 4 months long services as a LDC and UDC before her elevation to the post of Head Clerk she has actively rendered hardworking and dedicated services in the Department particularly in the Administration Section.

Director, Information & Publicity Shri Dipak Bandekar offered her a memento on behalf of the staff members.

Speaking on the occasion Shri. Bandekar lauded the contribution of Smt. Lalita Shirodkar which she had rendered more than three decades of service. He said Smt. Lalita had worked in the Administration Section which is the core section of the Department. He wished her all the best during her retired life.

Information Officer Shri. Prakash Naik eulogized the services put in by Smt. Shirodkar while serving in the Department. He said during her tenure she worked with a sense of dedication and always maintained good rapport with her colleagues which is highly commendable.

Assistant Information Officer Shri. Shyam Gaonkar compered the programme.
