DY CM DISTRIBUTES FREE SPECTACLES
Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Chandrakant (Babu) Kavlekar distributed free spectacles to the eligible patients who had undergone test and advised spectacles at Free eye check-up and surgery camp “Vision For All” held earlier organised by the Directorate of Health Services in commemoration of the Diamond Jubilee of Goa Liberation in association with Prasad Netralaya, Super Speciality Eye Hospital, Udupi; Netra Jyothi Charitable Trust, Udupi; Colorcon Asia Pvt. Ltd. Goa and Essilor Vision Foundation, Bangalore.
Chairperson, Quepem Municipal Council, Smt Suchita Shirwaikar; Deputy Chairperson, Shri William Fernandes; Councillor, Shri Prasad Phaldessai; Health Officer, Primary Health Centre Quepem, Dr Lorna Fernandes; Dr Neomi D’costa and Shri Rakesh Fernandes, HR, General, Colorcon Asia Pvt. Ltd. were present at a function held at Quepem Municipality Hall.
Around 600 spectacles were be distributed to the beneficiaries free of cost.
