Shri Govind Gaude, Minister for Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs,Goa  launched the eDaakhil (Online filing of consumer cases)  portal in his Chamber, Secretariat, Porvorim Yesterday.  

       Speaking on the occasion Shri Govind Gaude congratulated the NIC officers for their contribution and enlightened the benefits of eDaakhil. He further added that “cheated or neglected consumers can approach the court and vendors will have to be more alert to avoid consumer cases.  He further emphasized that this portal was essential for today’s requirement.

        Shri G.Mahalingam explaining  the features of the eDaakhil software Said that it facilitates the consumers and advocates to file the consumer cases through online Portal and provides start to end workflow for consumer and department officials. It also facilitates respondents to file replies or rejoinder through online mode.

         Shri. Siddhivinayak S. Naik, Director, welcomed the gathering and Assistant Director, Shri Franklin Ferrao proposed the vote of thanks.
