The Vasco police arrested accused namely Parasapp Harijan, 39 years old, a resident of Chota Bazar, Baina for stealing a empty cylinder from the veranda of one Prashant Narvekar. The scooter involved in the theft has been attached. And the cylinder has been also recovered. A case under section 380 of IPC is registered by Vasco police. Further investigations are on.
