The annual Shree Satyanarayan Mahapuja of the Department of Information and Publicity will be held in its office premises on Saturday, August 21, 2021.
Shri. Prakash Naik, Information Officer alongwith his spouse will perform the pooja ceremony. The pooja with religious rituals will commence at 9.00 a.m. which will be followed by Aarti and thereafter Tirth Prasad. A Bhajani programme will be also be held to mark the religious ceremony.
Every year as per the Hindu Calendar year Shree Satyanarayan pooja is being held in the office premises of DIP on second Saturday of the month of Shravan wherein people and particularly the Journalist Fraternity Pay visit to the Department to offer prayers.
Last year Shree Satyanarayan pooja could not be held on account of Covid-19 Pandemic. However, this year the same will be held by adhering to Covid -19 Protocols, as informed by the Department of Information and Publicity.
